The sanctuary sits roughly 15–20 km south of Nata village, just off the A3 road — an easy stop between the Makgadikgadi Pans and Kasane or Francistown (about 170 km from Francistown).

The sanctuary gate is approximately 15–20 km south of Nata village along the Francistown–Maun road (A3), on the edge of the Sua Pan.
About 170 km west on the A3. Easy day trip or overnight stop.
Convenient stop on the main route between the Okavango / Chobe and the east.
Well signposted from Nata. 4×4 recommended in the wet season.
